looking for motivated individuals for the position of Social Media Content
Moderator with Romanian, Kazakh, Czech, Hungarian and English (REMOTE RECRUITMENT).
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Monitor and analyze different pieces of written content;
* Follow all established quality standards and procedures;
* Investigate and/or escalate issues and flagged content;
* Coordinate all monitoring stages with the respective supervisors;
* Understand and remain up-to-date with all client policies and guidelines.
Cerințe
Requirements:
* Fluency in Romanian, Kazakh, Czech, Hungarian and English;
* Previous experience as a content reviewer/moderator;
* Problem-solving skills and eye for details;
* Good PC literacy;
* Interest in social media platforms.
