Job Description - Lending SME/BA – Business Banking – UK
1. Should have overall 8-10 years of experience in SME role / Business Analyst role
2. Should have minimum 5 years of strong experience in Commercial Lending space for Business Banks preferably for UK region.
3. Exposure to working from client place, individual contributor, self-starter.
4. Should have deep understanding around customer on boarding, eKYC, Online credit check, Limits, Collaterals, Business/Over draft accounts, Loan Origination/Servicing, Loan repayments/ACH, General Ledger/CoA, UK Regulatory requirements
5. Should have led requirement gathering workshop with client, Solution design, Defined business processes for banks, Support bank in UAT/SIT/ Go-live phases
6. Strong documentation skills - preparing user story documents / Business Process Flows using ARIS, Visio
7. Strong communication
8. Should have worked in AGILE project environment
9. Ready to travel to UK for 6 months to a year

10. Exposure to preparing functional test scenario/execution.
