As a Senior Service Delivery Manager at PBS, you will be the focal point of communication with our customers; taking responsibility for operational continuity and development planning.

This client-facing role requires an excellent standard of written and verbal English. Prior experience within a software development company at a senior level in an operational, project management or account management is a must. sports-betting product knowledge would be ideal.

Responsibilities include,

• Liaising with customers to formalise and prioritise development requests
• Seeking commonalities across requests arising from different customers and feeding into the product roadmap
• Championing development projects within the business
• Working with internal product owners to validate customer business cases and to refine feature requests
• Managing the upgrade cycle across digital customers
• Monitoring operational support and providing an escalation point to customers
• Driving improvement of the sportsbook platform
• Selling new features to customers and tailoring their configuration to the customer’s business
• Improving operator returns and revenue share
• Developing team members and building knowledge within the organisation

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation from studies (Bachelor, Master or Postgraduate) or minimum 3 years of adequate work experience
• Strong desire and business acumen for consultative solution selling
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Strategic and critical thinking
• Hands–on mentality
