Senior Sales Engineer Cluj

As a Senior Sales Representative you are responsible for the overall sales process within West Romania region, from offer to delivery. You will be part of the New Installation (NI) department and work closely with the installation supervisors. You are the primary point of contact in the relationship with the customers; you will manage contracts, transactions and progress of documentation in line with Schindler commercial policy.
Visit offices of Architects and Builders to learn their plans and to stay informed regarding potential opportunities for Schindler and market prospect
Complete sales of new Schindler facilities in line with the business plan and internal procedures
Supervise the offer process
Record all relevant account and contract details into the appropriate systems and complete the necessary documentation
Ensure the collection management of all new sales
Ensure the collection of work data relevant to new contracted facilities
Manage customer claims
Maintain the necessary level of competitor information
Assist the local installation area to check technical specifications of tenders/contracts

University degree, preferably in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of relevant sales work experience in the construction / building industry
High level of professional integrity, responsible and adaptable behaviour
Strong customer-focus
Team-player attitude
Strong analytical skills, great attention to details
Result oriented, used to work with tight deadlines
Self-organizing and multitasking abilities;
Fluent English and Romanian.
