Senior Retail/Etail Sales Manager

GCS Recruitment are searching for a Senior Retail Manager to work with one of the leading, international software companies located in Germany.

Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing of sales strategies in the assigned region
• Handling revenue and weekly sales forecasts for retail and etail
• Developing and implementing of sales concepts and campaigns for the channel, as well as support of the dealers
• Defining, introducing, and measuring sales/marketing plans and concepts
• Maintaining and strengthening the business relationship with existing trading partners as well as acquisition of new channel partners
• Leadership and active training according to the requirements of the manager

Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the retail and etail industry
• Having a personal network to relevant retails would be a great asset
• Good communication skills; both written and verbal
• Excellent, positive attitude towards work
• Ambitious, business-minded and strives to reach targets
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to work on own initiative, as well as within a team
