What is expected of you?

Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media

Use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships

Headhunting

Receive and review applications

Conduct in-depth skills-based interviews

Conduct reference checks

Assist with employee induction and orientation

Review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes

What you are expected to bring to the role:

Academic qualification

Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment with experience managing roles in IT, Projects, Finance and Legal

Proven track-record of successful placements
