Senior recruiter

Fast-growing Silicon Valley company is looking for an experienced Recruiter. Our company has 6 offices across 3 different continents, but the majority of our team works remotely. We are offering a full-time remote job with no daily commute. Your schedule is flexible ' only you control your hours. You must be capable of independently leading projects from start to finish. You will:

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, which includes defining job requirements, recruitment strategies, pre-assessment standards, interview processes, and salary expectations/negotiations
Establish innovative candidates sourcing strategies for especially hard-to-fill positions
Effectively engage, pursue, and convert candidates
Do personalized outreach in English to candidates
Work with technical colleagues to automate recruitment processes

We're looking for someone with:

Minimum 3 years of experience, with proven functional efficiency as a corporate recruiter
Strong knowledge in recruitment practices
Excellent communication skills
Responsible working style, outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and methodically
Capacity to understand complex systems
Strategic planning skills and extreme attention to detail
Proficiency in written and spoken English

A basic technical background
Prior experience at a growth-stage internet/software company
