Senior Platform Architect

Job Description:
• Provide Technology Architecture leadership for a wide portfolio of Distributed systems and applications.
• Establish and Define Distributed Platform Architecture & Standards focused on:
o Target State Wealth Management Distributed Platform Strategy & Direction
o Hybrid Cloud Adoption Process and Procedures
o Define and develop Environment on Demand (Paas) services
• Align the target state to horizontal technical capabilities:
o Containerization
o Elastic computing
o Hybrid cloud model
o Caching
o Microservices
o API Management
• Identify gaps in current standards, technology and enhance/create new standards
• Create roadmaps that align current state to future state based on project initiatives
• Ensure overall alignment to WM Architecture standards
• Assist in Current & Future State Architecture reviews

Job Qualifications:
• A track record of proven enterprise level leadership and sound knowledge of Wealth Management business and technology
• 15+ years overall experience and significant Enterprise Platform Architecture covering, distributed, application, data and platform architecture domains
• Solid understanding Distributed platforms
• Experience with Cloud and Micro Services
Excellent written, verbal and communication skill
• Financial Services industry experience a must
• Wealth Management/Brokerage preferred
• MF computing a plus
