Senior Legal Executive

As part of its continuous growth, an established group of companies is seeking to recruit a full-time Senior Legal Executive to join the Legal team. If you have a flair for management and have what it takes, we at ceek want to hear from you.

What is expected of you?

Handling and preparing internal legal documents and agreements
Conducting legal research and their reporting thereof
Liaising with the Compliance on a regular basis as well as taking care of GDPR matters
Licencing of investment companies
Liaising with different departments and stakeholders in relation to employment matters
Be responsible for training and mentoring a junior legal team.
Delegating work and review work carried out by junior legal team.

What are you expected to bring?

Law degree with a Maltese warrant
4 years experience or more in a similar role
Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, Word & Excel
Meticulous and motivated
Excellent organisational skills
Fluent in English, any other language would be considered an asset
