We are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Human Resources Executive to assist in the management of the HR function. If you thrive in a high-performance culture that is in line with employee welfare, then ceek would like to hear from you!
What is expected of you?
Assist in the strategic planning related to the HR Management
Plan, direct and coordinate the HR department in line with the firm’s needs and in compliance of employment law
Ensure training development to ensure continuous employee efficiency in line with the department’s KPIs
Develop remuneration and rewards procedures
Establish a positive relationship with employees and ensure employee motivation
Ensure accuracy of the final payroll reports
Perform other ad hoc tasks as required in relation to the department
