Senior Global Change Control Analyst

For one of our clients, an international based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting a Senior Global Change Control Analyst.

The Job.

Being part of the Global Service Quality team, you coordinate all activities and stakeholders to ensure efficient review and implementations of Change.

Your main tasks will include:

– Coordinate and facilitate change requests affecting IT production
– Provide guidance and training for Business technology change control system and process
– Document, improve, develop and communicate the change processes
– Organize and lead the Global Change board meetings
– Provide weekly and monthly performance metrics for the global team
– Ensure continuous improvement of the Change Control System
– Maintain change control related documentation

The ideal candidate has a strong IT Support background and Change Control experience. Beside your strong analytical and technical skills, you need excellent communication skills and have to be able to work closely together with other resources.

– Excellent level of English (Spoken/written)
– Minimum 3 years of experience managing change within an international IT team
– ITIL V3/4 Foundation Qualification desirable
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
– Excellent technical skills and able to lead by example
– Excellent technical aptitude with desire to learn new skills
– Natural and enthusiastic leader
– Solution and delivery oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
– Analytical and strong attention to detail
