Development of new concepts and creative brainstorming
Creation of game design documents (GDD)
Design and balancing of game rules
Development of gameplay/level design/user interface/story/art
Development of solutions in direct communication with project management, design and development
Clear communication of vision and content to the team memers
Analysis of usability tests and development of improvement suggestions
Competition analysis and presentation of feature proposals
Support and further development of existing games

Very good theoretical and practical knowledge of online game design (browser and mobile)
At least 5 years of professional experience as game designer
Routine in the creation and maintenance of game design documents
Basic knowledge of project management and QA processes
Independent and reliable way of working
Readiness for independent and intensive work in a team
High motivation and flexibility
Experience in the monetization of free-to-play games
Passion for games of all kinds - Experience in the creation of scribbles and drawings
