Senior Frontend Developer (Barcelona)

We are looking for a Fullstack developer with experience as a senior developer, with willingness to evolve in the mid-term as a tech lead. At ease with understanding customer and business problems and to pro-actively participate in building the product in an early-stage start-up.



Main Responsibilities:

Pro-actively participate in building the product in an early-stage start-up
You will have great impact in crafting the product and the company culture
Drafting and managing development backlogs
Project management principles
You will have to start looking for junior developers to complete the team
You will be working closely with the CEO for Product Management and with a Data Scientist for ML integration in the platform.
Design and driving development through data and improved CX.

Requirements:

3+ years’ experience
Experience drafting and managing development backlogs
Strong motivation in joining a project in the early phase with good traction
Strong experience in PHP Symphony
Strong experience with React, React Native and NodeJS
Experience drafting and managing development backlogs
Understanding of lean methodologies
