Senior Consumer Banking Officer

What is expected of you?

To promote and sell the Bank’s savings, investment, and foreign exchange products to new and existing customers
Carry out daily duties including account opening, transaction system processing, account and client maintenance, data remediation
Attend to customers banking and investment needs
Generating leads via marketing, sales calls and networking
Mentor junior team members and provide ongoing support to them and share best practice

What are you expected to bring?

Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA) or equivalent
A sound knowledge in MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Maltese)
Driving sales, winning new clients, managing existing relationships, while being able to leverage sales and build relationships
Previous experience in a bank or financial institution
