We are seeking to recruit a Senior Compliance Associate on behalf of a well-established, international company. The chosen candidate will provide compliance support to a portfolio of fund clients.
What is expected of you?
Work closely with the Head of Regulatory Services
Ensure that the company policies and procedures comply with the fund regulatory framework
Monitor and keep abreast of new regulations that could impact the clients
Draft and implement new policies and procedures
Assist in the implementation of the compliance monitoring plan
Draft compliance reports and assist in carrying out onsite visits
Liaise with authorities

What are you expected to bring?
University Degree in Law, Banking or Investment Services
Working knowledge of AIMFD, UCITS, MiFID and GDPR
A minimum of 3 years' working in compliance within the financial services industry, ideally within funds
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Great organisational and multitasking skills
An ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Be detail-oriented and able to work in team
University Degree in Law, Banking or Investment Services
