Senior Business Proposal Manager

We are more that thrilled to announce that one of their team is expanding and we collaborating on the recruitment process for the position of Senior Business Proposal Manager with French, Italian, German, Spanish, Dutch and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Undertake research and risk assessments, identify opportunities to submit tenders and
articulate proposals;
* Partner with the sales and delivery teams and collect information about existing or
prospective clients for potential projects;
* Create custom strategies and build offers according to the client’s needs and budget;
* Ensure compliance with customer requirements while highlighting company value
propositions;
* Liaise with a team on later stages to deliver the proposal and deliver a smooth deal
process;
*Ensure that bids iare complete and submitted on time – assess timeframes on bids and
ensure correct financial parameters.

Requirements:
* Proficiency in French, Italian, German, Spanish or Dutch;
* Excellent English;
* Proven executive leadership skills;
* Great organisational and negotiation capabilities;
* Good business sense and commercial awareness;
* Development-focused and change embracing personality;
* Project management, solutions design or strong procurement background would be an
advantage.
