Senior Business Intelligence

Do you thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment? Are you meticulous and detail-oriented? If so, a client of ours within the financial services industry is seeking to recruit a Senior Business Intelligence Manager to join their dynamic team!

What is expected of you?

Design, develop, maintain and support the organisation’s data warehouse and BI layer under the supervision and guidance of the Head of Data Management
Develop and maintain dimensional database schemas and extract-transform-load (ETL) processes, ensuring that data integrity standards are met
Manage a small team of Data Warehouse and BI professionals
Improve ongoing Due Diligence Intelligence for internal and external data
Resolve data incompatibilities between and among data sources to produce a consolidated set of data that uses consistent naming rules and observes consistent data definitions
Create, publish and maintain data dictionaries and metadata
Work in close collaboration with IT professionals in other functions responsible for underlying compute, storage and network infrastructure, middleware, security, administration of other Information Systems, and systems integration.

What are you expected to bring?

An MQF level 6 qualification in Computer Science, data forensics any other qualification in a related field of study
Strong leadership skills, professional integrity and accountability with the ability to foster and manage relationships with stakeholders
Proven experience in managing an Enterprise Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence environment
Proficiency in SQL as well as BI visualization tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Microsoft BI visualization tools will be considered an asset
