Project Overview
The project consists in technical (2nd level) support for the SAP system implemented in the BMW locations Steyr (Austria), Munchen (Germany) and Hams Hall (United Kingdom). The project components are ERP R3 and SCM/APO. The team consists of 6 persons located in Timisoara and Sibiu.
As an Application Support Consultant, you will be required to provide 2nd Level post-live issue resolution within Service Level Agreement timeframes – specific investigation, solution identification, recommendation, configuration, unit testing and solution documentation.
What you can expect & what we want you to do
• Provide consultancy, supportive services for SAP MM, PP, QM, WM, SD and PM modules
• Analyze support issues in accordance within customer SLA
• Take ownership of issue investigation and resolution
• Coordinate issues and monitor issue resolution
• Monitoring of Emails sent through to APP Support group
• Monitoring of the functional component of the system
• Perform customer change request work
• Ensure communication/relationship with a 3rd Level Support group in order to improve system functionalities or to urgent solve critical issues
• Ensure client and support center documentation are maintained

What you are good at & what you’ll need to win
• In-depth SAP know-how of various modules of MM, PP, QM, WM, SD or PM modules or experience as ERP - SAP Key User
• Fluent German and English skills
• A highly motivated person with a positive can-do attitude and very well organized
• Because we pride ourselves on the precision of Word Class Service to all our clients some after hours and public holiday work may be required from time to time.
