Sales Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Manager, with a proven track record in commission-based sales, to join a start-up company within the financial services industry.

What is expected of you?

Oversee the general operation and administration of the sales function
Compile daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
Manage team incentives, fines and reporting
Assist in the management, compilation and implementation training for new agents
Train retention and conversion teams
Provide ongoing analysis of sales team for review and training
Manage ongoing client relationships and portfolios
Keep abreast of market information and ensure clients and teams are informed of these updates
Help maintain high levels of client acquisition, retention and reactivation
Ensure responsible trading and compliance with all regulations and company policies
Minimise revenue loss through ensuring compliance
Successfully present products by using effective sales and persuasion skills in addition to solid product knowledge
Inform management of client risks
Work closely with support functions and back office departments
Follow up on enquires and/or complaints sent to the back office team
Complete special projects, and miscellaneous duties as prescribed by management

What are you expected to bring?

A minimum of 1 years' sales management experience
A sales diploma would be considered an advantage
Proven leadership skills
An energetic can-do attitude
An assertive, strong and confident nature
The ability to work under pressure and able to multi-task
A willingness to adapt
Native level of English, other European language would be considered an advantage
Extensive Microsoft Excel experience
Previous experience in the analysis of data and data management
The ability to work in a highly pressurised environment
