Sales Account Executive

We’re looking for an organised and efficient Sales Account Executive to sell to leads in North American and European markets over email and phone. This position requires applicants to work hours that cover morning and early afternoon on the US/Canadian East coast time zone. (Europe 2pm – 11pm).

What is expected of you?

Consistent nurturing of leads and closing new business.
Talk to prospective customers and demo the software daily.
Create sales material with help from marketing and support teams.
Participate in regular handover and meetings with the support team.
Commit to and develop an innovative inbound sales and marketing methodology.

Strong communication skills. Apart from excellent spoken and written English, be able to effectively communicate with, motivate and inspire prospects.
Able to work with other people effectively, have high levels of patience, take feedback well and treat your team with respect.
Have good problem-solving skills and able to empathise with prospects.
Able to work both independently and with a team and be accountable for work done.
Have experience working in an academic or administrative position in a school.
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar sales position
Able to work hours that cover morning and early afternoon on the US/Canadian East coast time zone.
SaaS software industry experience working in a sales role.
