The Company.

For one of our clients, an international Shared Service Centre based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a Reporting Analyst.

The Job.

In this role you will be the link between the Finance Departments and the HR Departments in Europe. You will join the Controlling and Reporting Department with a main focus on HR Data analysis. Its major purpose is to collect, homogenize and analyse people metrics from the 13 different countries in order to provide the management with accurate and reliable analytics to support their decision making.

Your Responsibilities:

– Contributing to the data gathering and analysing
– Assisting in the creation of standardized and automatized reports on people metrics
– Act as a main contact between the local HR Teams and the Shared Service Center in Barcelona
– Process analysis, mapping and description
– Supporting the maintenance of the data management tool
– Ad-hoc projects to upgrade the HR controlling delivery and framework

The Profile.

– You have an excellent level of English (written/spoken)
– You have a good level of French (is a plus)
– You have previous experience in Finance, Controlling or data analytics
– You have excellent MS Office (Excel proficiency) skills
– You are accuracte and have attention to detail and ability to work with data
– You have problem-solving skills, curiosity and resilience
– You are a team player
