Recruitment Team Manager (English)

The Job.

This is a very hands-on role, which combines recruitment, team lead and operational management responsibilities within the company. You will be accountable for the quality delivery of recruitment services to Blu’s clients, the success of your team and the profitability of your hub. In addition, you are responsible to contribute to the drive and development of the company.

Recruitment:

- Responsible for the full recruitment process / headhunting on some specific positions or accounts
- Support in the recruitment of your team’s vacancies
- Day-to-day Account management and partnership management with your clients and your team’s clients’ portfolio
- Lead by example: as a team leader, you will always be expected to hold/support a certain amount of recruitment activities

Team Management:

- Day to day management of your team members
- Support and guidance on your team’s recruitment activities and processes
- Responsible for targets setting and feedback management
- Development, training and coaching of your team members
- Forecast, search and recruitment of recruitment consultants/ trainees for your hub
- Administration of your direct reports (paperwork, commission tracking, holidays, etc.)
- Strong partnership and mutual support with other Team Leader

Business Development and Client’s Partnership Management:

- Conduct and drive business development activities
- New Client’s Partnership Management: responsible for acquisition, contract management and ensuring quality delivery of services

Blu Management and Strategy – expected on short term:

- Take on operational management responsibilities within the company
- Participate in the strategy and further development of the company
- Initiation/Participation in Ad-hoc Blu and Team Projects
- Other Team Lead and Management back-up

The Profile.

– You have an excellent level of English – additional language is considered a plus
– You are already settled in Barcelona
– You have previous experience in Team Management
– You have previous experience in Recruitment
– You have a strong interest in the Recruitment and Staffing Industry
– You are a natural leader and lead by example
– You are humble and bring the best out of people
– You are a hands-on and hard worker with the extra-mile mentality
– You have a professional and committed attitude in whatever you undertake
– You have strong business acumen and clients’ management skills
– You are a self-starter and able to take decisions
