As part of our team, you will be given a high degree of responsibility and autonomy in your tasks from day one, under the continuous guidance of our Consultants. Your main objective will be to recruit international profiles for our different multinational clients.

Amongst others, your responsibilities will be:
- Job analysis and job profile compilation
- Application filtering and telephone pre-screening
- Competency based interviews
- Managing the selection process from start to finish
- Maximising company exposure and assisting with the ongoing development of the employer brand

More than a specific educational background, we are looking for enthusiastic people, with ability to think out of the box, who are willing to sample the HR field and jump out of the comfort zone.
