Project Manager

• Will be responsible for delivery projects of medium or high IT complexity including process consolidation or process adaptation according the project goals.
• The scope will cover project from its start including defining idea and business requirement management phase to achieve project establishment, communication and approval to implementation phase.

Following are the main responsibilities –
• Will be responsible for project planning, organizing, leading and controlling and management of project cross dependencies.
• Within the planning candidate will have leading role - to define and clarify project scope, develop the project plan, develop the project schedule, develop policies and procedures to support the achievement of the project objectives etc. Their duty will be to determine the organizational structure of the project team, identify roles and positions, identify services to be provided by external companies, staff project positions etc.
• In leading role candidate will be responsible mainly for setting team direction, coordinating activities across different organizational functions, motivating team members, assigning work etc.
• Within the controlling role defining project baselines, tracking project progress, project status reporting, determining and taking corrective actions and defining and control measures to track project progress and achievements.
• It is expected that project manager will have university degree education in technology or management, experiences from delivery medium or high complexity IT projects, preferred within telecommunication or banking business.

Should be able to speak Czech ( native or fluent )
