We conduct a recruitment process for one of our Client PROFIGIPS-Polish company with its brunch in Romania.
PROFIGIPS is one of the leader of the construction profile market in Poland, who wants to develop his company branch in Romania.

The offer of PROFIGIPS includes: aluminum corner profiles, PVC corner profiles, steel screeds, window profiles as well as ribbon beads. As the first ones in Poland they started the production of the wet plaster profile i.e. PROFIGIPS corner profile.
The solutions offered by PROFIGIPS meet modern construction sector requirements.

Currently we are looking for:
PRODUCTION SPECIALIST
Region: Bucharest

Key accountabilities:
• Production coordination
• Planning, organization and supervision over the course of the production process
• Effective coordination of the work of the production department - appointment and enforcement of tasks subordinate to employees
• Striving to improve the efficiency of production processes - optimization of production and use of resources, work organization and production methods
• Supervision of timely and quality implementation of production plans
• Keeping production documentation in accordance with applicable standards
• Cooperation with other company’s departments in the field of order fulfillment

We are looking for person who has:
• Technical masters degree
• Minimum 2- years of experience in production coordination
• Experience in the planning and organization of production and managing team
• Ability to solve problems
• Communicability and leadership skills
• Motivation, initiative, commitment and self-reliance
• Excellent organization of working time, ability to work under time pressure and resistance to stress
• Driving license cat. B
• Knowledge of English language (would be an asset)
