Production Manager - Construction Industry

We are conducting a recruitment process for one of our Client – one of the leader of the construction profile market in Poland, who wants to develop his company branch in Romania.

Currently we are looking for:

PRODUCTION MANAGER
Region: Bucharest

Key accountabilities:
• Production management
• Planning, organization and supervision over the course of the production process
• Effective management of the production team
• Coordination of the work of the production department - appointment and enforcement of tasks subordinate to employees
• Striving to improve the efficiency of production processes - optimization of production and use of resources, work organization and production methods
• Supervision of timely and quality implementation of production plans
• Keeping production documentation in accordance with applicable standards
• Cooperation with other company’s departments in the field of order fulfillment

We are looking for person who has:
• Technical masters degree
• Minimum 2- years of experience in production management
• Experience in managing a production team
• Experience in the planning and organization of production
• Ability to solve problems
• Communicability and leadership skills
• Motivation, initiative, commitment and self-reliance
• Excellent organization of working time, ability to work under time pressure and resistance to stress
• Driving license cat. B
• Knowledge of English language (would be an asset)
