Product Producer

Our client is looking at expanding its Product team by recruiting a product professional and in this position you will be able to work with a talented product team and help shape the roadmap of the product. In order to succeed in this role, you need to be a highly skilled product expert with a passion for creating exciting customer experiences and an eagle eye to detail.

Responsibilities:

Work with the rest of the Product team to produce a product vision and road-map
Constantly assess value, scope initiatives and ruthlessly prioritising through tasks, epics and themes to ensure the work being delivered has the maximum value and is aligned with the company strategy
Act as Product Owner in one or several development teams, manage their backlogs, define stories and acceptance criteria and be part of the team planning and grooming
Launch features, measure and iterate and roll them out to different brands and products
Work closely with a number of stakeholders and aspects of the product such as the
Gamification layer, Native Products and core customer journeys.
Lead the planning product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionality; ensuring that quality standards are met and the feature meets expectations supported by the relevant data.
Research and analyse competitors, the market landscape and acquisition trends across several industries whilst spotting new opportunities in how to acquire players in an efficient way.

Requirements:

Has at least 3-5 years experience building customer facing products.
Has experience in the iGaming Industry.
Has worked in an agile environment.
Knows when to initiate and lead, and when to play back-line and support.
Cares deeply about great products and their experiences.
Is a problem solver, multitasker and initiator.
Is a hands-on type of character, yet with a strategic approach.
Is amazing at communication, both verbally and in writing.
Thrives at the intersection of Design, Tech and Business.
