Procurement Executive

If you have the ability to foster collaborative supplier relationships and have a passion for procurement, this is the job for you. A local and international leading wholesaler is seeking to employ a Procurement Executive.

What’s is expected of you?

Process direct orders and quotations related to technical goods
Find new suppliers, maintain records and follow up existing and new suppliers
Co-ordinate timely procurement and shipment of goods
Maintain and report on stock levels
Conduct inventory control and assist with other adhoc duties when required

What are you expected to bring?

Experience in procurement
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Willing to travel for work purposes
Fluency in both written and oral English
Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Proficient in MS Office applications
