Role Description:
Context:
• In order to speed up the project to automate the PEPS data capturing, a process engineer is needed.
• The aim is to prepare all the work and the automation engineer does only the programming

Scope of work:
• Accompanying or executing process analysis for reporting purposes: determining bottleneck, describing relevant counters (line speed, counters) and evaluating the relevance of the available alarms
• Supporting production engineers with data capturing via PLC (Siemens), OPC or MES: setting up, monitoring and improving interfacing processes
• Supporting production engineers in report analysis
• Lead in troubleshooting
• Monitoring of program standards
• Coaching and training of end users of the reporting

Skills:
• Proven experience in production process analysis
• Knowledge of PLC, MES, SCADA
• Experience with production KPI: OEE, RTE
• Coach, good communicator
• Experience in aseptic is a plus
• Grade B experience is a plus
