Pre-Sales Engineer Lead

We are seeking to recruit a Pre-Sales Engineer Lead to lead a team of pre-sales engineers to provide senior-level technical and commercial expertise and to play a critical role in ensuring technical success from first technical review into the Proof of Concept, pilot and through the full implementation. What is expected of you?

Perform detailed demonstrations of Remote Application Server
Lead a team of Sales Engineers working remotely across Europe
Work closely with senior management
Work cross-functionally with Support, Engineering, Product and Sales teams
Provide in depth technical assistance to potential customers.
Maintain an advanced understanding of all and related competitors’ products
Develop project concepts and project proposals to solve customer needs and requests.
Actively participate in Proof of Concepts, design, implementation and support of Remote Application Server
Work with Account Managers, Sales Management and Channel Partners to effectively schedule the use of technical resources to support selling efforts.
Coordinate all activities related to technical sales support for potential customers and existing accounts.
Plan and Conduct a series of Technical Training sessions and Webinars
Travel up to 50% of the time, to visit partners, prospects and customers.

What are you expected to bring?

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
Technical understanding of Citrix XenApp 5.x/6.x/7.x and/or VMware View/ Horizon 5.x/6.x/7.x solutions.
Experience in cloud computing platforms mainly in Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS
Working knowledge of mobile applications
Working knowledge of IT Operations and Infrastructure, issues and concerns.
At least 5 years’ experience in Sales Engineering or as an IT Engineer role.
At least 3 years’ experience in implementing and/or administering applications and desktops virtualization systems.
At least 2 years’ experience in cloud-based computing.
Readiness to travel annually.
Fluent in written and verbal business level English and French
