Job content
You support and relieve several employees in all administrative and organizational matters (complex scheduling, organization as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings, travel organization and coordination).
You are the focal point in the presence and absence of your supervisors - both internally and externally.
You create presentations, statistics and monitor cost budgets and assist in the preparation of offers.
You help in business development and in the quotation, as well as supporting internal projects.
You organize and coordinate fully internal as well as external events.
You oversee planned activities and promote the exchange of information through the appropriate channels.
You continue to develop your technical know-how and soft skills through on-and-off-the-job training.
You work in an inspiring, international team and receive regular feedback from colleagues and supervisors.

Cerințe

Requirements
You have a basic business education and at least 3-5 years' experience as an assistant in a dynamic environment.
You bring excellent user knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an advantage in Lotus Notes and have very good knowledge of German and English (the latter are mandatory).
You are extremely service-oriented, committed and communicative and like to work independently, in a team-oriented and proactive manner.
You are extremely flexible, and because of your experience in a similar role, the daily hustle and bustle does not put you off balance.
Good relationships with colleagues and customers are important to you.
You are ready to take on responsibility right from the start and to move in an environment with an active coaching and feedback culture.
