Are you a payroll guru? Are you organised? Are you looking for a fun, vibey environment? We are looking for a Payroll Clerk to join one of Malta’s leading English language schools! If you are interested, ceek would like to hear from you!
What is expected of you?
Ensure the correct amounts in payment of salaries
Collect the necessary documents related to staff salaries
Record employee vacation leave, sickness and other reasons for absenteeism
Complete all forms required by Jobsplus and other government departments, such as FS5s
Compile reports as necessary
Assist other departments as required
Maintain employee files in an organised manner and treat them in the strictest confidence
Assist other departments with tasks when necessary
