For one of our clients - one of the top business process outsourcing companies in the world - we are looking for - PATIENT ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE WITH GERMAN.
This position handles a high volume of in-bound emails with complex issues and resolving customer concerns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provides customer service to patients via phone;
* Supply customer research, coordinate resolutions and determine additional steps that may be required to maximize customer satisfaction;
* Assist with reporting and tracking activities, account setup processing and on-line services setups, as needed.

Cerințe

Requirements:
* Proficiency in German;
* Exellent English;
* Ability to work with others to resolve problems, handle requests or situations;
