The Job.

This position requires an impeccable communication with clients via text and email.
– Provide live support through SMS and email-based communication
– Guarantee a high-quality customer service
– Ensure a fully understanding of customers’ needs
– Ensure meticulousness and high attention to details
– Having a full understanding of the project in order to professionally answers to daily inquiries
– Provide efficient and proactive support to clients

The Offer.

– Salary: up to 18.000 Euro Gross/year + 1.500 Euro Gross/year + Spanish classes provided
– Additional payments for working evening/overnight shifts
– Working hours:
Monday – Sunday (rotation shifts)
Shift A: 7am – 4pm
Shift B : 3pm – 12am
Thursday-Friday-Saturday
Shift C: 11pm- 7am
– A full-time contract (39 hours/week; 5 days/week; 2 weekends off/month)
