Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting of the Bank's Local Area Network (LAN) and Global;
Confirguer switch ports, operate test equipment and use diagnostic software to perform individuatl test as well as ongoing performance testing;
Responsible for identifying and monitoring network traffic as it relates to outages, and incidents, etc.;
Understand networking commands on Cisco networking equipment;
Write and update technical troubleshooting procedures.

Requirements:
Previous experience with CISCO operation system;
Fluency in English;
CCNA will be advantage;
Ability to provide best in class customer service.
