Graduate position in the translation industry, requires native level French, plus English language skills. Starting salary of £22,500 plus full training and benefits.

A leading provider of language services and are currently recruiting for a Multilingual Translation Checker with French and English language skills to join their existing team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will ideally speak native level French combined with English to degree level (or equivalent work experience). The successful candidate will work as part of an international team of Translation Checkers and this position will involve the word-by-word checking of translations that have been prepared by the in-house (or freelance) translators. In addition you may also be tasked with carrying out scan checks of translations as well as adapting existing translations and ad-hoc duties associated with the finishing and dispatch of the translation. The ideal candidate will have an outstanding eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
