Job Descriptions:
• Candidate will architect Enterprise Mobility Management solutions based on a range of foundation technologies and leading products
• Candidate will be instrumental in developing BYOD /COPE strategies, polices and operationalizing enterprise mobility for customers
• Candidate will require deep domain knowledge of technologies underlying Enterprise Mobility Management solutions such as device mgmt, app wrapping, app management, data management, file sharing / syncing, identity/ access management and adjacent technologies
• Candidate will require strong knowledge of current Enterprise Mobility ecosystem including experience with leading products and knowledge of technical construct of their solutions
• Candidate will collaborate with other functional and technical teams to ensure all Enterprise Mobility Management solutions are appropriately architected, engineered, tested, & deployed
• Candidate will have a foundation in competing and complementary technologies and be able to demonstrate a proficiency and/or knowledge of the following:
• Citrix XenMobile and its solution components
• Microsoft EMS (Intune) and its solution components and a high level understanding of Azure Active Directory and Conditional Access
• Mobile Operating Systems such as iOS, Android, Windows
• Mobile threat protection technologies, and concepts
• Traditional and cloud based file sharing and syncing solutions
• Traditional and cloud based authentication and authorization
• Successful candidate will be proficient in Enterprise Mobility Management architecture and technologies along with a demonstrated ability to translate business and offering requirements into technical architectures
• Candidate will work on cutting-edge projects in a highly technical, dynamic, and fast-paced organization; as well as be able to discuss, recommend, and defend approaches to complex problems based on prior experience
• Candidate needs ability to be able to translate technical solutions into presentations and proposals that can be presented to IT leadership in language that they understand
• Candidate needs to understand the importance of end user experience and have that mindset front and center when engineering solutions
• Candidate needs to understand the end to end product ownership concepts and have an alert customer focus when solutioning and looking ahead on road mapped technologies and solutions


Skills Required:

Technical:
• Deep understanding of Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) technology and service ecosystem
• Expertise in designing, deployment and operationalization of Enterprise Mobility Management solutions such as XenMobile & Intune
• Hands-on expertise in XenMobile, Airwatch and Microsoft EMS solution components such as ShareFile, Secure Apps, StoreFront, GoToMeeting, Secure Content Locker, App Catalogue, App VPNs etc.,
• Good understanding of other leading EMM solutions
• In-depth hands on experience in leading mobile OS - Android, iOS, Windows Phone
• Ability to create detailed conceptual, logical and physical architectures
• Familiarity with cloud computing industry trends including cloud APIs, etc…
• Knowledge and experience working in an ITIL driven environment
• Good understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies and infrastructure management operations
• Knowledge of any scripting languages such as VB script, Shell script, Windows PowerShell will be a plus

• Ability conceptualize solutions and communicate them effectively to internal teams and customers
• Ability to be concise, articulate, and assertive in all forms of communication

• Strong written communication (able to write high quality end user comms, marketing materials, product documentation aimed at end users)
• Understanding of how user experience can be measured, monitored and improved (surveys, interpretation of reports, finding meaningful “nuggets” of information that can be translated into actions to increase adoption or satisfaction)
• Passionate about finding innovative ways to add end user value, especially around the Notes client and calendaring, which are not limited to “on-prem” only, a lot of innovation sits in O365. Example: Microland help review the O365 feature pipeline and makes recommendations on implementation. Example can be using Cortana integration with calendaring, or adding LinkedIn information to people’s Contact cards in Outlook, or making the FindTime add-in available to the Outlook Ribbon so people can find it easier and use it.
• Creative and skilful in making Power Point decks look professional and sleek. Able to create short videos to show a user how to use Outlook (UM) voicemail on their mobile device etc
• Passionate about user experience. Able to put themselves in the position of an EY professional when composing a comm, or when a service is designed (ease of use, minimal number of clicks to get to critical information in an apps etc)
