MMA Operations Coordinator

Our client, an established iGaming operator with offices in Malta, is looking for an MMA Operations Coordinator who will be reporting directly to the Sportsbook Manager.

Responsibilities:
Betting Event Management:


Set up manual events and create mappings for automated event creation
Result events and monitor automated resulting
Clone and replicate events for offering additional markets on events
Monitor internal requests for additional markets resulting or market creation

Operational Support:


Support the customer support team on requests regarding MMA market results, market availability, and general sportsbook questions
Acknowledging, resolving or escalating requests from business partners in a timely manner
Monitoring of automated alerts related to resulting and event creation
Cancel pending wagers in case when balances of customers become negative due to regrades

Quality Assurance:


Permanent review of outstanding unresulted markets to ensure that all markets are settled in a timely manner
Report tool inefficiencies and other issues with the existing tooling available
Update and maintain mapping of external data sources, such as league and team names
Test and give feedback on new automations for all operational tasks

Requirements:

Living in Malta and able to write and speak fluently in English
Good understanding of sports, primarily MMA but not limited to it
Understanding of rules for many sports, primarily MMA
Enthusiastic and very interested MMA fan that already watches the events taking place
High School degree required
Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple tasks executed at the same time
Accurate and fast typing skills
Ability to search and investigate different sports and events on the internet, specifically all MMA events offered
Good communication skills in written and spoken English
Basic proficiency in using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel...)
Available to work an extended shift during MMA fight nights which includes overnight for the events
