Marketing Research Specialist

For one of our clients – a leading in its field multinational company – we are looking for an experienced professional for the role of Marketing Research Specialist with Spanish, Hungarian, Czech, Polish, Russian, Portuguese, German.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Effectively lead a team of professionals, including day to day operations and people management responsibilities (staff planning, evaluations, goal settings, etc.);
* Review project specifications and coordinate the team to generate project execution plans and schedules;
* Lead project kickoff meetings
* Communicate progress, discuss issues and offer creative alternatives for resolving conflicts, as needed;
* Monitor all operational activities during execution to ensure adherence to the specifications, schedule, and quality checks;
* Analyze all aspects of operational execution and report final performance in terms of timeliness, budget, and quality;

Requirements:
* Excellent Spanish, Hungarian, Czech, Polish, Russian, Portuguese, German;
* Management experience in the marketing research field is mandatory;
* Ability to provide high-level consultation on research best practices;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Experience in team leading positions that include people and operation management duties-advantage;
* Strong communication and analytical skills and drive for problem solving;
* Effective English written and verbal skills.
