The Company.
For one of our clients, an international Shared Service Centre based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator with a native Swedish level.
The Job.
In this role, you will be planning, coordinating and deploying marketing activities (Swedish and English) of a local office in Sweden, supported by an office located in Barcelona.
Your Responsibilities.
– Liaising with executive level marketing managers on creating and executing the marketing plan to support revenue growth, brand awareness, lead generation
– Support of campaign management (both regional and local) through all online & offline channels available in collaboration with specialized European and global teams
– Execution of local social media strategy
– Coordination and development of local content approach based on regional content strategy, mainly adapting all available materials and working closely with regional content team and local agencies
– Collaboration with digital team on the online approach for the local market to ensure web performance
– Coordination of internal communications and creation of visuals and messages aligned with global employer branding strategy and local communications needs
– Creation and ongoing development of all sales and marketing collateral needed by the local business
Your Profile.
– You MUST have a native level of Swedish and an excellent level of English
– You have a degree in Marketing/Communications or related studies
– You have more than 4 years’ experience as Marketer (ideally in the local Swedish market)
– You are pragmatic personality and self-driven individual with the ability to create synergies and find solutions
– You have ability to handle complex projects in a fast-paced environment
– You are commercially oriented, hands-on to focus on execution
– You have ability to travel to Stockholm (approx. 4-6 times per year)
