Maintenance Manager

A client of ours operating in the hospitality industry is seeking to recruit a Maintenance Manager to head the Maintenance department. So, if you thrive in managerial skills and have a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

Be responsible for the general running and supervision of the maintenance department
Work in compliance with legal regulations and safety practices
See to all scheduled preventive maintenance in addition to the day to day maintenance
Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction possible
Monitor, keep record and issue reports on the running of the department as required by the company

What are you expected to bring?

A qualification in a related field of work
Experience in working in a similar working environment
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
