What is expected of you?

Provide advice and assist clients with obtaining regulatory licenses, business plans, ICOs, drafting smart contracts T&Cs and review/finalise white papers
Offer advise on the regulatory status of the relevant laws and regulations
Deal with regulatory authorities
Draft memos and opinions
Coordinate with other sections within the firm to offer clients one-stop shop solutions
Oversee the firm’s business development strategy and solicit new clients
Willing to travel abroad on business and participate in international conferences

What are you expected to bring?

Degree in Law or equivalent. A master’s Degree in Financial Services would be considered a asset
Minimum of 1-year experience working in a law /financial services firm
Keen interest and knowledge in the Financial Industry, Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies
Maltese Warrant
