Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide premium support for existing clients with key value accounts;
- Reach out to clients proactively and discuss possible solutions for their needs;
- Strategically build relationships with customers based on collaboration and integrity;
- Stay up-to-date with the trends in the fin-tech industry.

Requirements:
- Fluency in Czech and English;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Ability to create business relationships;
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn;
- Good organizational skills and proactiveness.
