Key Responsibilities

Analysis and execution of invoicing processes
Regularly briefs leadership on the status of invoicing processes
Generates reports and recommendations based on analysis
Communication with internal partners and business owners regarding the main detractors
Follows the procedures of the invoicing process according the local law and TAX guidance

Essential Requirements

Fluency in Portuguese and English
1 year of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work - experience
Basic financial knowledge
Analytical Skills
Process Oriented
Good Excel knowledge

Desirable Requirements

University Degree in Finance or Accounting
Knowledge of Brazil invoicing processes and taxes
