Junior NOC Technical Support Specialist

NOC Specialists generally have standard operating procedures to follow when an incident occurs this may include coordinating with third-party vendors, customer contacts, or other IT teams in order to get things solved.

Job functions

• Monitoring and testing the quality of voice routes on different destinations
• Investigate the quality problems
• Solving issues reported by our partners
• Handling our Customer and prospect support via our ticketing system
• Proactively informing customers of detected issue
• Routing operation
• Communicate with other departments in order to ensure correct problem resolutions
• Implement and update provider's rates into the system
