Responsibilities include the following:
• Providing first line support to internal and external staff
• Responding to service requests which would be received through the helpdesk system, email or telephone
• Providing support and troubleshooting a wired, as well as wireless networking environment
• Identifying, investigating and resolving technical issues
• Installing, diagnosing, mending, maintaining and upgrading software hardware and equipment
• Providing support and maintenance to the company’s network
• Updating and developing necessary IT support documentation

Requirements:
• Knowledgeable on Microsoft Windows OS environments, Microsoft Office Suites and networking
• Have the drive to learn, make use and administer our software packages
• Be motivated with a positive attitude, be eager to continue learning and keeping up with ICT technologies
• Have an eye for detail to carry out diagnosis
• Ability to work within a team, as well as independently
