Skillsarena are expanding its development team, opening a small office in Central Bucharest, Romania. This team will be instrumental to the continued growth of the company, its products and services.
Skillsarena develops online talent management software for the HR industry. Flagship online products include: skills testing; personality profiling; learning management, team surveys, and 360° appraisals.
This exciting opportunity is suited to self-motivated, organised, resourceful and pro-active individuals with an eye for detail, strong work ethic and excellent analytical skills.
Key Duties:
You will work closely with our UK based Technical Director supporting and enhancing existing online products, developing new functionality and developing future products..
What you will do
• Learn and use recognised development methods and tools to build high quality online products.
• Rapidly write clean, optimised, robust, scalable code to a high standard.
What you’ll bring
• Strong development skills. Commercial experience beneficial.
• Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies.
• Flexible attitude to technology and an ability to adapt and learn.
• A strong work ethic, an eye for detail and drive to produce high quality work.
• An understanding that User Experience is critical in product development.
• Good, English, communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to use own initiative and work to tight deadlines
