Japanese Graphic Designer

Are you an aspiring Graphic Designer with a passion for creating great visuals for marketing and ads-platform applications?

Our client is looking for a Japanese Graphic Designer to form part of their Design team, and work closely with different departments to build their campaign development and implement the team’s vision.

The ideal person will be passionate, self-motivated with a creative eye, coupled with a good
understanding of how Japanese marketing campaigns work, especially in the iGaming sector.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement engaging content for branding, marketing, mailing, websites, web banners, landing pages, digital ads, graphical assets and social media platforms, including infographics
Translate marketing objectives from written or spoken ideas into clear creative strategies
Design compelling visual asset guides and packages for promotional videos
Develop new designs artistic and creative aesthetic, based on industry best practices, as well as business requirements
Work with teams throughout development to help create levels that meet team expectations
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas aligned on the brand development
Respond in a timely and professional manner to communication requests and other work interactions

Requirements:

Native Japanese and fluent English language skills
An education and background in Graphic Design
Work experience within the Japanese market
High levels of creativity, ability to generate innovative design concepts
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator
Able to meet committed timeframes for projects with efficiency and skill
Good understanding of typography, layout and design
Able to create animated gifs
Self-motivation and initiative; excellent time management and organization
Able to work effectively in a remote but team-based environment
Quick at learning new tools and implementation techniques
Ambitious, enthusiastic and ready for the next step!

* Knowledge in Sketch software an asset
* Knowledge in Bannerflow platform an asset
* Knowledge in After Effects or experience with motion graphics/animation an asset
