The Company.

For one of our clients, an international Shared Service Centre based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a Junior IT Recruiter with an up to native level of French.

The Job.

In this role you will be a vital team member of the Resourcing IT Recruitment Team for the Swiss market. You will proactively attracting and sourcing candidates and being based in the Shared Service Center in Barcelona.

Your responsibilities:

– Sourcing and recruiting candidates in the IT field for the Swiss market
– Using a range of methods that you already know to find the right candidates and learn more of them
– Building and maintaining a network of candidates through targeted approach and recruitment
– Updating and managing all candidate activity through an Applicant Tracking System
– Supporting the Head of Resourcing in producing metrics and reports for the business

The Profile.

– You have an up to native level of French and you are fluent in English
– You have ideally a Degree in related field
– You have 6-12 months of experience in a dynamic environment
– You have a proven track record of high-quality recruitment in an international environment
– You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– You are a result focused driven individual who takes pride in a high quality of work
– You are proactive, organized and a strong team player with high level of flexibility
