IT Audit Assistant

We are looking for an IT Audit Assistant to join a well-established firm of professional accountants and auditors, to work on audits of controls at various companies, including assessing the effectiveness of those controls.


What is expected of you?

Execute and report on systems, compliance and Security audits of various online gambling operators and provide finding according to regulations and international technical standards.
Review and assess IT systems, business operations and processes based on international standards, best practice, legal and regulatory requirements
Obtain a solid understanding of IT tasks and controls, while identifying statutory and regulatory changes
Follow-up on previously raised findings;
Build and maintain effective working relationships with client personnel while meeting client and firm deadlines.
Systematically analyse and identify problems to determine the causes and propose solutions
Provide clients with guidance on risk management and compliance matters
Handle various assignments simultaneously

What are you expected to bring?

A bachelor’s degree in IT, Business and Computing or accounting or currently pursuing ACCA or equivalent qualification;
Currently pursuing or planning to pursue recognised certification to undertake IT audits.
A keen interest in information security, IT management and digitalisation;
Be smart, highly motivated, well presented individual with an eye for detail.
Excellent organisational and communication skills and ability to multitask
Be fluent in the English language (both written and spoken);
Willingness to learn and improve;
Able to work and perform under pressure.
Experience in systems auditing will be considered an asset
